This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Patatin Like Phospholipase Domain Containing Protein 3 (PNPLA3). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Patatin Like Phospholipase Domain Containing Protein 3 (PNPLA3) and analogues was observed.
