This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 1, Soluble (PCK1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 1, Soluble (PCK1) and analogues was observed.
