This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Protein Kinase, AMP Activated Beta 1 (PRKAb1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Protein Kinase, AMP Activated Beta 1 (PRKAb1) and analogues was observed.
