This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Phosphatase 1 (SGPP1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Phosphatase 1 (SGPP1) and analogues was observed.
