This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Phosphatase 2 (SGPP2). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Phosphatase 2 (SGPP2) and analogues was observed.
