PKmito ORANGE (SC053)

PKmito ORANGE (also known as PKMO) is a unique fluorescent probe for live cell mitochondria imaging. Due to its very low phototoxicity, high photostability and high brightness, it is highly suited to image mitochonridal cristae structure and dynamics by STED superresolution microscopy using a 775 nm depletion line. PKmito ORANGE does not require any transfection and works just by adding the probe to the cells and imaging 30 minutes later. 1 vial of PKmito ORANGE in lyophilised form allows preparation of 50 ul of 1000x DMSO stock solution (100 stainings).
