The product of this gene functions in the NF-kappaB signal transduction pathway. The encoded protein, and the similar and functionally redundant protein MAP3K7IP2/TAB2, forms a ternary complex with the protein kinase MAP3K7/TAK1 and either TRAF2 or TRAF6 in response to stimulation with the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF or IL-1. Subsequent MAP3K7/TAK1 kinase activity triggers a signaling cascade leading to activation of the NF-kappaB transcription factor. The human genome contains a related pseudogene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined.

The TAB3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of TAB3 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced using advanced techniques, ensuring its high affinity and specificity towards TAB3.

The TAB3 Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It has been extensively validated and proven to provide reliable and reproducible results in these assays.

With its exceptional sensitivity, this antibody allows for the detection of even low levels of TAB3 protein, making it an ideal choice for researchers working with limited sample quantities. Its high specificity ensures minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, ensuring accurate and precise results.

The TAB3 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied in a convenient and ready-to-use format, eliminating the need for time-consuming and complex preparation steps. It is available in various sizes to accommodate different experimental needs.

In summary, the TAB3 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and efficient tool for the detection and analysis of TAB3 protein expression. Its high specificity, sensitivity, and ease of use make it an invaluable asset for researchers in the field of molecular biology and related disciplines.
