TAT Polyclonal Antibody
TAT Polyclonal Antibody
This nuclear gene TAT (tyrosine aminotransferase) encodes a mitochondrial protein tyrosine aminotransferase which is present in the liver and catalyzes the conversion of L-tyrosine into p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate. Mutations in TAT cause tyrosinemia (type II, Richner-Hanhart syndrome), a disorder accompanied by major skin and corneal lesions, with possible mental retardation. A regulator gene for tyrosine aminotransferase is X-linked.
The TAT Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and quantification of the TAT protein in various biological samples. This antibody has been meticulously developed using advanced techniques to ensure exceptional sensitivity and accuracy in experimental applications.
The TAT Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity towards the TAT protein, enabling precise identification and measurement of this crucial biomarker. Its superior specificity guarantees minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.
This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art production methods, ensuring consistent quality and performance. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency and reliability.
The TAT Polyclonal Antibody is suitable for a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Its versatility allows for comprehensive analysis of TAT protein expression and localization in various tissues and cell types.
With its exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and reliability, the TAT Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers and scientists studying the role of TAT protein in various biological processes. Trust in its performance to provide accurate and reproducible results, advancing your research and contributing to scientific discoveries.
