TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody
TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody
TLK2 encodes a nuclear serine/threonine kinase that was first identified in Arabidopsis. The serine/threonine-protein kinase tousled-like 2 is thought to function in the regulation of chromatin assembly in the S phase of the cell cycle by regulating the levels of a histone H3/H4 chaperone. This protein is associated with double-strand break repair of DNA damage caused by radiation. Pseudogenes of this gene are present on chromosomes 10 and 17. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
The TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of TLK2 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human TLK2 protein. The TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays. It recognizes a single band of approximately 70 kDa in Western blotting and shows a strong signal in the nucleus of cells in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence assays. This antibody is suitable for use in various research applications, including cancer research, cell cycle regulation, and DNA damage response studies. The TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a purified IgG fraction and is available in different sizes to meet the needs of different research projects. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the TLK2 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying TLK2 protein and its functions in various biological processes.
